Tudor and Collins of CBC Meridian brokers five leases totaling 11,207 s/f

Eric Tudor and Patricia Collins, co-owners of Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian recently brokered five leases totaling 11,207 s/f. The deals included: * GZA Geo Environmental of N.Y., who is relocating from Cheektowaga, leased 5,400 s/f at the Electric Tower on 533 Washington St. This class A office space is located on two floors in the tower portion of the building. * Andiamo Tours leased 1,400 s/f of office space at 2797 Delaware Ave., Kenmore. Andiamo was looking for room to grow and decided to move down the street. * Nick's Place (Greek take-out) leased the adjacent 1,400 s/f space to Andiamo at 2797 Delaware Ave. * Command Security Company (CSC) leased 1,150 s/f of office space at 4099 Genesee St., across the street from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. * Dr. Ricotta, DDS relocated from a Delaware Ave., Tonawanda "retail" plaza into 1,857 s/f of professional medical offices at 4955 North Bailey and Maple, Amherst.
