ProRealty of N.Y. recently began accepting tenant applications for the Kamen Center, located at 120 West Ave. This class A office and retail building is currently under construction. There are 2,400 s/f of retail space and 9,200 s/f of office space remaining for November occupancy.
"The Kamen Center is a unique business model for the Saratoga Springs market," said Cecil Provost, CEO and principal broker of ProRealty. "Our target market is the professional small business community. Some of our initial tenants include a CPA, a psychologist and a financial services firm. We expect to attract clients who now either work from home or are ready to move up to class A space."
