Designed by Shreve Lamb & Harmon and built to the highest institutional standards , the building offers large flexible floor plates with unmatched views on the tower floors.

In 2019, Global Holdings completed a $55 million renovation of the building including a new lobby, a small amphitheater for tenants, and a large open staircase leading down to the 15,000 s/f basement recreation space featuring a lounge with pool tables, arcade games and couches, two conference rooms, a gym, bike room, showers and locker rooms.
