Time Equities Inc. acquires 62,428 s/f shopping center for $3.8 million
Time Equities Inc. (TEI) has purchased Gateway Plaza, a 62,428 s/f shopping center located at 2701 Church St. for $3.8 million.
"This area of South Carolina is thriving and we see wonderful growth potential here," said Ami Ziff, Director of National Retail for TEI. "The Gateway Plaza is a well-situated property in a busy retail district. We look forward to bringing new retailers into the Shopping Center."

"This is one of our first major ventures into shopping centers in South Carolina. The location of this property makes it a prime investment for us," said Francis Greenburger, chairman of TEI. "We look forward to seeking out more assets in South Carolina to bring our national retail expertise to local properties."
