Thru the Lens: Savanna hosts cocktail receptions with Jones Lang LaSalle at 100 Wall Street

Savanna, a New York-based real estate private equity and asset management firm, hosted a cocktail reception with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) at 100 Wall St. 100 Wall St. is a 29-story, 504,000 s/f class A office building located in the Financial District. After acquiring the building in May of 2011, Savanna launched a capital improvement plan and hired JLL's Mitchell Konsker, Scott Cahaly, and Brian Reiver to lead its marketing and leasing program at the property. The event celebrated a newly completed high quality prebuilt office space on the 18th floor of 100 Wall St., which is currently 77% occupied and offers tenants views of the East River and 18,900 s/f floor plates. "We are very excited to team up with Savanna to reintroduce this world-class address and property back to the market," said Mitchell Konsker, a vice chairman of JLL. "100 Wall St. is one of the premier buildings in the heart of the Financial District offering class A office space and amenities." Spaces at 100 Wall Street range from 1,900 s/f office suites to a contiguous block of 37,800 s/f, offering opportunities for both full floor tenants and multi-tenant floors. Current tenants include law firm Harris Beach, the Bank of Taiwan and the New York Stock Exchange.
