Innovation Highlight

With 15+ years in commercial real estate, I’ve built a strong track record of executing transactions, closing over 100 deals annually, and cultivating lasting relationships throughout New York City’s retail market. As President of IPRG Retail Leasing, my focus is on translating that success into a growing, high-performing team. I’m committed to mentoring brokers from the ground up, teaching them how to navigate the market and develop successful businesses of their own.

Looking Ahead

New York City’s retail market is constantly evolving, with shifting tenant demands and changing neighborhood dynamics creating new opportunities for strategic dealmaking. I’m excited to build on IPRG Retail Leasing’s momentum, expand our industry relationships, and continue growing our market presence. My goal is to continue building a team that sets itself apart through market expertise and a forward-thinking approach to retail leasing.

Industry Outlook

I see opportunities for innovation in using market data and creative deal structuring to bridge the gap between landlords and tenants. Understanding a property’s potential beyond its current use can open the door to new concepts, stronger tenant matches, and more productive spaces. In retail leasing, the ability to look at a space from different perspectives and develop solutions that work for both sides can make a meaningful difference in getting deals done.

Innovation in Action

Innovation in my day-to-day work comes from collaboration, communication, and continually improving how we operate as a team. By sharing market insights, leveraging one another’s experience, and tapping into our collective networks, we can reach more potential tenants and landlords, connect more spaces with the right users, and uncover opportunities that might otherwise be missed. This team-driven approach allows us to work more efficiently and move transactions forward.
