Thru the Lens: Jones Lang LaSalle holds open house at 225 Broadhollow Road

Jones Lang LaSalle held an open house at 225 Broadhollow Rd. on June 21. Aegon USA Realty Advisors, a subsidiary of Investors Warranty of America, recently completed renovations at the 192,856 s/f, class A office building located on the Rte. 110 corridor. Jones Lang LaSalle's Long Island office serves as exclusive leasing agent for the building. At the Pink Floyd-themed event, titled "We're Comfortably Done," tickets to Roger Waters' "The Wall" concert at Yankee Stadium were raffled off to brokers touring the space. The winners were Paul Leone, an associate at CB Richard Ellis Inc., and Albert Centrella Jr., a director at NAI Long Island.
