Thrasher of HUNT Commercial completes multiple leases totaling 65,274 s/f

HUNT Commercial's Clarke Thrasher completed the following leases totaling 65,274 s/f and a 30,000 s/f sale: * Exclusively represented the NFTA, leased 23,354 rentable s/f to All In Sports Complex in 485 Cayuga Rd.; * Exclusively represented both Primary Financial Services in leasing 3,000 rentable s/f at Ciminelli's 4950 Genesee St. and separately Parsons Brinckerhoff in their lease renewal at 50 Lakefront Blvd. for 6,847 rentable s/f; * Represented Applied Sciences Group in their 6,600 rentable s/f renewal at Calspan's 4455 Genesee St.; * Represented the Canadian-based company Solidifi, Inc. (a division of Real Matters) in their long-term office lease at the Larkin Center of Commerce for 17,373 rentable s/f as well as the company Real Info in their long-term office lease at the same building; * In the South towns, Thrasher represented the East Aurora Cooperative Market in their long-term retail/office lease of 8,100 rentable s/f in Red Brick Plaza - 591 Main St. in East Aurora; and * Represented a private party in the acquisition of 765 Fairchild Place in Lewiston, a vacant 30,000 s/f former nursing home.
