Thomas named senior vice president of Cresa New York

Cresa New York has appointed Eric Thomas senior vice president. Thomas has worked in commercial real estate brokerage for over 12 years, focused exclusively on tenant representation. His most recent position was vice president at Cassidy Turley, where he built a strong foundation for integrating financial, HR, technological, capital allocation and demographic/labor needs to create optimum business and real estate solutions. Serving as a director at Staubach, Thomas was responsible for overseeing business development and client management for regional and national accounts focused in the financial services and related industries. He is also a former assistant director at Studley where he was involved in $250 million of leasing and structured-finance deals. Thomas' local and national clients include Hardesty & Hanover LLP, Metropolitan College of New York, Federal Savings Bank, The Monitor Group, New York Marine & Mutual, Random House, Fox Interactive Media, Natexis (formerly CDC IXIS), and People's United Bank. "Eric is an expert on the Manhattan marketplace, known for providing exemplary services to a variety of N.Y.C. tenants, as well as to national corporate clients," said Mark Jaccom, president and managing principal of Cresa.
