The Moinian Group leases 3,000 s/f to Bodyrok

Manhattan, NY The Moinian Group signed a 3,000 s/f lease renewal with Bodyrok, a Pilates-inspired strength training and fitness studio at 10 West 18^th St. in the Flatiron district.

Gabriel Whitman, vice president of leasing at The Moinian Group represented the landlord (The Moinian Group) in the transaction. The tenant (Bodyrok) was represented by Amie Claps, partner at Easy Street Properties.
