Braus, Dweck and Squier of Lee & Assocs. NYC lease 3,300 s/f to L’AGENCE

Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC has represented 925 Madison Avenue Inc. in a new 10-year lease with luxury clothing brand, L’AGENCE at 956 Madison Ave. on the Upper East Side. The lease consists of 1,800 s/f on the ground floor and 1,500 s/f on the mezzanine level. L’AGENCE will be relocating from its current location at 1011 Madison Ave. and is expected to open its new store in the first quarter of 2025.

Peter Braus, Morris Dweck, and Annie Squier from Lee & Associates NYC represented the landlord, 925 Madison Avenue Inc. and Simon Dallimore from Dallimore & Co. represented the tenant, L’AGENCE, in the transaction.

In addition to New York, L’AGENCE has locations in Melrose Place, Beverly Hills, Malibu, and Paris.
