THE CABOT GROUP hired as exclusive leasing agent for CEI

Local real estate investment, management and development firm Costanza Enterprises Inc. (CEI) has selected THE CABOT GROUP as exclusive managing and leasing agent for its area real estate assets. "This is another step in our evolution from a property management firm to an asset management firm, a process that began in 2007 with the sale of our Rochester multifamily portfolio," said Jim Costanza, president of CEI. CEI owns and manages property in five states, but has retained ownership of all city located properties. "We are focusing our resources on the financial and investment aspects of real estate ownership rather than the operational aspects," Costanza said. "THE CABOT GROUP is a premier third-party management firm with a strong presence in real estate services, including property management and commercial brokerage. The CABOT team has the expertise, professionalism and experience to manage properties in the manner which our customers expect, and using the best local managers allows CEI to invest in any market or sector across the country irrespective of geography."
