Ferro and Pagnotti of Pru. Blake broker four leases totaling 27,704 s/f; Represented owner, 2125 River Road Realty, LLC

Over the first quarter of this year, Richard Ferro and Athena Pagnotti of Prudential Blake Commercial, Realtors closed four lease transactions in a new 62,000 s/f medical office building 2125 River Rd., representing the owner, 2125 River Road Realty, LLC. The four ten-year leases combined for a total of 27,704 rentable s/f, and a total aggregate lease rental of $4.2 million. Three of the leases, with a total of 18,265 s/f, were done with Capital Care Medical Group, represented by Cresa Partners Albany and the fourth lease was done with Ellis Medicine, which relocated its Bariatric practice into 9,439 s/f. These leases brought the new building's occupancy to 95% - an achievement in the face of the current economy and the uncertainty faced by all healthcare providers.
