The Brodsky Organization secures new restaurant tenant at 1426 Third Avenue

The Brodsky Organization, Manhattan's premier developers of condominium, commercial, retail, and mixed-use space, closed a deal with restaurateurs Tom and Anthony Martignetti for a corner retail space at 1426 Third Ave., in the Upper East Side. The transaction was a direct deal between the Martignetti brothers and the Brodsky Organization, and details on the deal were not disclosed. The Martignetti brothers, known for Brinkley's and the East Pole, plan to use the space for an upcoming restaurant opening late fall. "The Martignetti brothers have demonstrated a continued track record of establishing successful restaurants throughout the city and we look forward to welcoming them into this space," said Alexander Brodsky, a principal at The Brodsky Organization. "The corner positioning of this space will offer the ideal location to grow their Upper East Side presence and develop a more diverse customer base." "We look forward to continuing to serve the Upper East Side and the excitement that our new concept will bring to the neighborhood, and, of course, we look forward to having such great landlords," said Tom Martignetti.
