Number of years at firm: 11 One thing on my bucket list: I thoroughly enjoy immersing myself in different cultures and getting to know new people, so becoming fluent in Spanish is a personal aspiration of mine. By learning Spanish, my hope is to connect with a wider variety of people, allowing me the opportunity to learn about different cultures and understand different perspectives.

Number of years at firm: 3.5 One thing on my bucket list: Travel to Yoshino in Japan outside of Osaka to see the cherry blossoms, to Normandy, France to visit the D-Day memorials in Colleville-sur-Mer and to explore the beaches where the Normandy landings took place in 1944.

Number of years at firm: 1.5 One thing on my bucket list: To be featured in Architectural Digest!  When I am not working, I am: Eating my way through New York.

Number of years at firm: 4 One thing on my bucket list: One thing on my bucket list is to transact internationally. When I am not working, I am: In my free time, you can find me cleaning up animal crackers, my daughters’ favorite snack. 

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? My most notable transaction took place in January of this year, when I closed a loan that was purchased through TenX. The property is in Southern, NJ and had considerable environmental concerns.

Number of years at firm: 3 One thing on my bucket list: Travel to every continent - 4 down, 3 to go! When I am not working, I am: Taking advantage of the incredible area we live. Food tours around Manhattan, hiking in the Catskills, skiing in the Adirondacks, sailing on the Sound, attending summer concerts at Pier 17 and Little Island.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Last month, I closed my most challenging loan. My client was under contract to purchase a $25 million penthouse in the UES and was being penalized almost $10,000 daily for being past his contractual closing date.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am currently spearheading the architectural scope of work on Skanska’s Croton-Harmon Shops and Yard Replacement project, a design-build contract valued at over $360 million.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently completed my first commercial real estate financing as lead attorney. The loan transaction was complex, with post-closing obligations regarding ongoing repairs and escrows.

Number of years at firm: 3 One thing on my bucket list: Seeing NY Jets go to Super Bowl. When I am not working, I am: In Del Ray Beach, Florida with my daughter and still working on deals.  What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? During the course of the last 12 months, I originated, serviced and closed four commercial loans for the same borrower totaling in the multi millions.

Number of years at firm: 4 One thing on my bucket list: Go on a West Coast road trip. When I am not working, I am: Hanging with friends, seeing live music, running, and playing tennis in Fort Greene Park. What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? My team sold 1490 & 1497 McDonald Ave.

Number of years at firm: 6 One thing on my bucket list: Going on a safari in Africa. When I am not working, I am: Enjoying time with my wife and three children; often in the kitchen perfecting our family recipe for Bolognese.
