Number of years at firm: 5 What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I have spent the past year as a trusted master electrician leading major commercial project build outs including fortune 500 HQ’s throughout NYC.

Number of years at firm: 1 year  One thing on my bucket list: Visit every continent! When I am not working, I am: Teaching community hot yoga classes at Bode NYC. I recently obtained my Hot Yoga 26+2 certification and hope to be part of their regular class schedule soon.

Number of years at firm: 1 When I am not working, I am: Exploring New York City’s top restaurants, engaging in adult softball and hockey leagues, and spending quality time with friends and family. 

Number of years at firm: 5 One thing on my bucket list: To get my Captain’s boating license! When I am not working, I am: In this business, you are never not working, but working is something I truly enjoy.

Number of years at firm: 5 One thing on my bucket list: To travel to Italy with my entire family! When I am not working, I am: I am working out on the Peloton or hanging out with friends and family.

Number of years at firm: 9 One thing on my bucket list: To see a rocket launch in person. What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m proud to have worked on many projects that have tested my abilities as an engineer and required me to alter my approach out of the standard norm.

Number of years at firm: 1 One thing on my bucket list: Travel through Europe What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I have been most proud of my efforts, in conjunction with our industrial team, to help market Venture One’s

Number of years at firm: 1 One thing on my bucket list: Go to the Masters When I am not working, I am: playing golf and spending time with my family. I also love to go to concerts and discover new bands and music.

Number of years at firm: 1 One thing on my bucket list: To visit all of the Greek Islands. When I am not working, I am: Spending every minute with my 9-month old daughter.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I developed and have begun implementing Panera Breads market strategy for their new urban concept. This includes identifying markets and submarkets throughout New York City, Manhattan. There are many phases of this process that I have been fortunate enough to work on and have enjoyed.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? My most recent transaction that I’m particularly proud of was the execution of a 1031 exchange for a client into a Hooters site in Columbia, SC, which was significant to me due to the market conditions we were operating in. At a time when rates were high and changing daily, we were able to take advantage of a great spot

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Over the course of my career, I’ve been involved in the valuation of over $1.5 billion in properties, participated in the sale of over 40 transactions valued at over $360 million and have an additional $20 million
