Staten Island, NY Developer Triangle Equities’ Lighthouse Point development has completed a 11,000 s/f lease to The Learning Experience, one of the nation’s fastest-growing Academies of Early Education for children six weeks to six years old.

Brooklyn, NY Marcus & Millichap has arranged  the sale of 119-123 Kent Ave., three contiguous mixed-use buildings in the Williamsburg neighborhood. The properties sold for $22.35 million, which equates to $1,441 per s/f. Nat Rockett and Steven Dweck of Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office represented the buyer, the Shariati family, who were in a 1031 exchange from the sale of a building in Manhattan, 85 Chambers St. The sellers are Cheskie Weisz of CW Realty, Joyland Group and Meral Property Group.

Manhattan, NY Chilewich, the New York City-based textiles/housewares company founded by Sandy Chilewich and Joe Sultan, has recently opened a new showroom/headquarters in the Flatiron District at 39 West 19th St. between 5th and 6th Ave. where many designers and high tech companies are located.
