T. Weiss Realty Corp. leases 1,900 s/f to law firm and accountant at Melville Corporate Center I

After six years of doing business in an executive office suite, the Law Offices of Steven A. Kass P.C. and accountant Scott Gottlieb, CPA, outgrew their space. After deciding they required additional office space to accommodate their growth, the two firms moved across the lobby of Melville Corporate Center I, 105 Maxess Rd., a class A office building owned by T. Weiss Realty Corp. T. Weiss also owns Totus Business Centers, the executive suite that previously housed the Gottlieb and Kass firms. The firms, which operated in separate offices a few 100 s/f opposite each other in the Totus suite, jointly leased 1,900 s/f of newly built out offices. Gottlieb and Kass each have three offices within their new ground floor suite and share a reception area and conference room. For Kass, who specializes in elder law, a ground floor office space with parking near the main entrance, was essential. The Melville Corporate Center has an abundance of reserved and handicap parking within steps of the building's entrances. Ted Weiss, president of T. Weiss Realty, said he was gratified to find the pair of Totus tenants space within the same building.
