Schiller of Pyramid negotiates 32,362 s/f warehouse/dist. lease

Prestige Delivery Systems has leased the 32,362 s/f warehouse/distribution building located at 25 Boxwood Ln. from 25 Boxwood Ln., LLC. David Schiller, SIOR, of Pyramid Brokerage Company, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, handled the negotiations. With more than 35 years experience, ten offices and over 110 agents, Pyramid is one of upstate New York's largest full service commercial real estate providers.
