Stassa of NAI Friedland Realty completes sale of 1,875 s/f Bronx building
NAI Friedland Realty brokered the sale of 452 East Tremont Ave. to a medical group. The 1,875 s/f property sold for $188 per s/f. Rick Stassa of NAI Friedland represented both the buyer and seller, Fair Trading Furniture Co.
The buyer plans on constructing a medical facility at the building and will be adding a second story.
"Since the retail market has been challenging, I have also focused my energy on non-retail businesses as prospective buyers of the properties that I represent," said Stassa.
