Stassa of NAI Friedland Realty completes sale of 1,875 s/f Bronx building

NAI Friedland Realty brokered the sale of 452 East Tremont Ave. to a medical group. The 1,875 s/f property sold for $188 per s/f. Rick Stassa of NAI Friedland represented both the buyer and seller, Fair Trading Furniture Co. The buyer plans on constructing a medical facility at the building and will be adding a second story. "Since the retail market has been challenging, I have also focused my energy on non-retail businesses as prospective buyers of the properties that I represent," said Stassa. "Rick brings a unique perspective to urban sales market," said Tony Lembeck, COO of NAI Friedland Realty. "He has the ability to match buyers to specific locations that will support and enhance their business."
