Berkis and Epstein of Winoker Realty rep tenant in 1,925 s/f lease
Winoker Realty has brokered a five-year, 1,925 s/f lease at 555 Eighth Ave.
Senior managing director Bill Berkis and associate director Howard Epstein of Winoker represented the tenant, Mrinalini, Inc. The company had formerly occupied a smaller location at 224 West 35th St.
The landlord, Sloyer-Forman, Inc., was represented by Tom Bisaki.
"Mrinalini was in expansion mode and we showed them a large number of spaces," said Berkis. "In today's market, tenants are spending a great deal of time looking for the right space. Winoker was right there with Mrinalini every step of the way and we helped them find the perfect location."
"This transaction was right for Mrinalini in many respects," said Epstein. "The space is more attractive than the tenant's former site, and the new landlord is making improvements that perfectly fit Mrinalini's needs. And a five-year lease represents a relatively long-term deal under current market conditions."
Now in its fourth decade of business, Winoker is a privately held, second-generation commercial real estate firm serving the diverse real estate needs of a highly prestigious list of tenants, owners, large corporations and growing businesses. Winoker is a midsized independent management and leasing organization offering its clients an exceptional combination of service and capability.
