Stassa and Simon represented both the landlord and tenant in the Just Dogs Gourmet deal.
The 3,700 s/f property was purchased by Coast to Coast Industries, LLC in 2006. AT&T Cellular Phones and Just Dogs Gourmet will be open for business in the fall.
