Spiegel and Bergman of Rose Associates represent Storepark LLC in 59-space garage lease to Icon Parking Systems

Rose Associates has leased a 59-space garage to Icon Parking Systems. The parking garage is located at 211 East 53rd Street in Manhattan. Bruce Spiegel, senior managing director for Rose, and William Bergman, commercial leasing manager for Rose, represented property owner Storepark LLC in the transaction. Icon Parking Systems represented themselves, and signed a 10-year lease agreement. "Icon Parking is a company that Rose has worked with for years and we are excited that they have chosen to operate this garage at 211 East 53rd Street," said Bruce Spiegel, senior managing director at Rose. Icon Parking Systems is now operating garages in five Rose-managed buildings in Manhattan. In addition to 211 East 53rd Street, Icon is at Randall House on East 9th Street, Madison Green on 22nd Street and Broadway, Chelsea Landmark on West 26th Street, and The Eastmore on 75th Street and Second Avenue.
