Catharine Sperrick, president of Home Leasing, headquartered in the city, has been awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification for meeting the Institute's rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education and experience and for pledging to abide by a code of professional ethics that is strictly enforced by IREM.
