CBRE/Albany hosts CIREB's marketing session on October 2nd

County executive Mike Breslin spoke to the CIREB membership on many issues at the marketing session on October 2nd. Dreslin discussed economic development/empire zones, focusing on high tech, green energy, nanotechnology, bio/alternative fuels and alternate care for the elderly. The session was hosted by CB Richard Ellis/Albany and held at 1762 Central Ave. CBRE/Albany associate broker Dan Davitt listed 3,348 s/f of office space in this multi-tenanted building. The space is located on the third floor, partially furnished with five private offices, conference room, kitchen, storage area and more. Zoned Business E, it offers high visibility on bus line, is ADA compliant, is CAT 5E voice and data ready with phone system in place and approximately 185 parking spaces on site.
