Sitt of Thor Equities purchases 151 Wooster St. in SoHo neighborhood, 15,000 s/f property between West Houston and Prince Streets

Thor Equities secures the purchase of 151 Wooster St. located in the SoHo neighborhood. The sales price was not disclosed. The 15,000 s/f property boasts 70 ft. of direct frontage and is located between West Houston and Prince Sts. "In the 80s and 90s, you hadn't really arrived as a brand or retailer unless you had a foot in SoHo - and no street was hotter than Wooster," said Joseph Sitt, CEO of Thor Equities. "Once again, the stretch of Wooster between West Houston and Prince Sts. is the place to be, and number 151 is poised to be at the top of the retail pyramid." Neighboring international brands include Diane Von Furstenberg, Ligne Roset and Stepevi; 151 Wooster offers opportunity for name brands to be situated among the best of the best in Manhattan.
