Dunphy of Rockrose reps landlord in 9,700 s/f lease for Mandell
Rockrose Development Corp. completed a retail lease with The Mandell School at The Archive, Rockrose's residential building in the city's West Village.
Mandell will occupy 9,700 s/f on the ground floor of The Archive for pre-school classes. The Archive, a former U.S. Appraiser's warehouse listed as a N.Y.C. landmark, is located at 666 Greenwich St. The Archive has helped define the West Village since 1899. The 10-story building is distinguished by its red brick Romanesque Revival-style exterior and double-height arched windows.
Patricia Dunphy, Rockrose SVP, said, "Living in the West Village is a truly special New York experience. The arrival of the Mandell School will further enhance the lifestyle of parents at The Archive and the neighborhood."
