Sheldrick of Largo arranges $13.5 million to refinance Brookside Meadows; 88-unit townhouse development
Brian Sheldrick, managing director for the Largo Group of Companies, arranged $13.5 million to refinance the construction loan on an 88-unit townhouse development, known as Brookside Meadows, located at 10100 Brookside Rd. Brookside Meadows is situated in a country setting near the Taconic State Pkwy. Sheldrick arranged a 10-year sub 4% fixed-rate loan and a 30-year amortization schedule.
