Seymour of Omni Development brokers two leases totaling 2,350 s/f
Tom Seymour of Omni Development Co., Inc. has represented the landlord in two leases totaling 2,350 s/f at 350 Northern Plaza (Loudon Plaza.) The landlord is David Gruenberg, Esq.
In the first lease, The Equity House, Inc. extended their lease for 1,288 s/f of office space in suite 104.
In the second lease, Joel Moses, MD leased 1,062 s/f in suite 108.
