Sendogdular and Danut join CPEX Real Estate Services

CPEX Real Estate Services has hired Cengiz Sendogdular and George Danut. Sendogdular joins CPEX as a development & conversion associate to help promote the research, marketing and sales efforts. Danut will serve as an associate director of research. He will provide an essential component to the company's innovative approach to real estate services. "We are pleased to have Sendogdular join CPEX," said managing partner Brian Leary. "As we continue to grow our sales presence in the New York market, he will be a valuable member of our team." Prior to joining CPEX, Sendogdular was a business analyst for ArcelorMittal, the largest steel producer in the world. He has also worked at Johnson & Johnson on their Centocor Ortho Biotech Capital & Fixed Assets team as part of a cooperative education experience. Sendogdular earned a bachelor's degree of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Pennsylvania State University. He was a member of the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity and served as the VP chair of professional events. "George Danut will be a tremendous asset to CPEX," said managing director Greg Roberts. "We look forward to George's leadership as CPEX continues to provide the industry with the best research." Prior to joining CPEX, Danut interned with the Permanent Mission of Romania to the United Nations. This opportunity allowed him to participate in numerous projects and conferences regarding economic and geopolitical developments in the international arena. He was also a research assistant for Columbia University's Department of Political Science. Danut received his bachelor of arts in Political Science from Columbia University in 2009.
