Schwartzman and Noonan of NKF represent Verizon in 37,092 s/f lease

"The Moinian Group, an owner of more than 20 million s/f of office, residential, retail and hotel properties throughout the U.S. and abroad, renewed a 37,092 s/f lease for Verizon at 90 John St. in New York," said, Daniel Gohari, vice president & director of commercial assets. Newmark Knight Frank's, (NKF), Jennifer Schwartzman and David Noonan represented Verizon, in the transaction. Adam Leshowitz, also of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the Moinian Group. Acquired by the Moinian Group in 1995, 90 John Street offers 24/7 access, on-site management, an in-house parking garage and access to all public transportation. Tenants in the 29-story property include Food Bank of New York, Merritt & Harris and Gold's Gym. The Moinian Group is widely regarded as one of the industry's most active development firms, boasting a portfolio totaling more than 20 million s/f of commercial, industrial, residential, retail and hotel properties throughout the U.S. and abroad.
