Innovation Highlight:
I am proud of utilizing my experience as a seasoned litigator in construction and commercial real estate matters to assist and advise clients in developing practical and preventative steps to protect them from risks and future claims. Representing design firms, contractors, and owners in high-stakes nationwide litigation and arbitration has given me the experience and insight to identify risks, forecast issues, and address them in negotiations, contracts, and ultimately to prepare in advance for disputes before they become claims.

Innovation in Action:
Innovation for me means putting a litigator’s perspective to work long before a dispute exists by focusing on anticipating challenges rather than simply resolving disputes. Having litigated complex construction cases for decades, I know which contract terms, documentation gaps, and communication breakdowns lead to claims. I use that knowledge to help clients negotiate stronger agreements and address risks early, and when disputes do arise, to choose the most efficient and effective path to resolution.
