Savanna hires Trovato as project cost accountant

Savanna, a New York-based real estate private equity and asset management firm, has hired Joe Trovato as project cost accountant. In his new position, Trovato will be responsible for the development of cash flow projections, project budget reports, and the management of the overall cost reporting process for construction projects. He also will coordinate payables and receivables and manage detailed anticipated cost reports to ensure projects align with their budgets. "We are delighted to welcome Joe to Savanna. His experience and industry knowledge will enable him to quickly become a key addition to the Savanna team," said Nicholas Bienstock, a managing partner of Savanna. Prior to joining Savanna, Trovato worked as a financial analyst for Turner & Townsend, a global project management company based in the UK. His role included project accounting and managing the invoicing process for the New York office. Mr. Trovato also has previous experience in the corporate finance arena. "I am thrilled to join Savanna and look forward to working with the firm and embracing new opportunities to assist in the firm's future growth," said Trovato. "This is a great opportunity to use my prior experience and help build on the success the firm has had to date." Trovato graduated from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University with a bachelor of science in Finance.
