Saperston Real Estate Corp. brokers $185,000
Metro Storage plans to open a new location at 1587 Main St., formerly occupied by Irr Supply Centers Inc. Metro Storage intends to convert the space into 30 large storage rooms.
According to public records, the property was purchased for $185,000.
Howard Saperston, Jr., chairman of Saperston Real Estate Corp. brokered the deal.
Metro Storage is owned by publisher William S. Hein & Co., Inc.
