Malchow of Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. brokers 18,000 s/f lease at Village Park

Ciminelli Real Estate Corp., one of Western New York's leading full service real estate companies, has announced a signed 5-year lease with Nova Healthcare Administrators, Inc. for 18,000 s/f of office space within Village Park Business Center. The lease at the 6400 Main Street building is the result of Nova Healthcare's search for larger office space due to recent growth and the demands of their business. The company expects to take occupancy immediately. 6400 Main St. is a two-story office building totaling 140,000 s/f, and is 90% occupied. Other major tenants include Fiserv, New York Life, and Council Financial. "We are extremely pleased that Nova Healthcare has chosen to locate their offices at Village Park, and that we were able to accommodate their space requirements so quickly," said Robert McDonnell, senior vice president of Ciminelli. McDonnell said that the building is an excellent example of a building designed with foresight. The building originally was a single-tenanted build-to-suit that has, within the past 10 years, become a multi-tenant building. This was done with minimal cost and limited construction due entirely to the original planning of its layout and design. Tim Malchow, sales director for Ciminelli acted as the leasing agent for the owner. Based in Western New York, Nova Healthcare Administrators, an Independent Health Company, is a premier administrator of self-funded plans and provides a full suite of products and services, including medical, dental, flexible spending account (FSA), health reimbursement account (HRA) and COBRA administration. "The role and importance of self-funded services has evolved in recent years. As a result, we were looking for a location that offered the type of space and environment that would help us keep pace with the growing marketplace and address the varied needs of our self-funded customers," said Laura Smith, executive director of Nova Healthcare Administrators, Inc. "Our move to Village Park Business Center supports our growth and will allow us to continue to provide our customers with a high level of expertise and service for years to come." Headquartered in Buffalo, New York, Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation specializes in providing commercial real estate services including property management, asset management, tenant representation, real estate consulting, leasing, and development to over 350 international, national, and local clients in Western and Central New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania. -30-
