Prudential Serls Prime Properties Commercial Group recently brokered the sale of a newly built 75,000 s/f retail and office complex on Rte. 52 in Hopewell Junction for a sales price of $15.25 million.
The complex, Heritage Sq., was purchased from EF Properties, LLC by Dutchess Heritage Sq. Partners, LLC. This is Dutchess Heritage Sq. Partners first investment in Dutchess County.
The class A center is 98% leased, and provides upside potential for income growth with true asset appreciation going forward.
Heritage Sq. tenants include Applied Materials, Prudential Serls Prime Properties, Peza Grill and The Little Gym.
