Joseph Pietrafesa, of FS Miller Inc. has leased 17,660 s/f of office space to two regional tenants. Along with Edward Keisa, of The Bell Group, Pietrafesa leased 16,640 s/f of class B office space in Learbury Centre, on 401 N. Salina St., to Empower Federal Credit. Pietrafesa represented the buildings owners and Keisa has an exclusive tenant representation with the tenant. Learbury Centre is a 60,000 s/f class B office building in a historic former clothing factory in the heart of the "Little Italy" section. Learbury Centre was transformed into professional offices in 1989 and also in 2000. It also houses a major Oriental rug retailer on its first level.Pietrafesa said, "The appeal of the building, location, abundant free parking and visibility were the reasons the tenant decided on Learbury Centre. The owners and tenant will both put considerable improvements into the space to satisfy the needs of Empower and we hope to have them turn into a long term tenant once they move in." Pietrafesa also teamed up with Ed Rogers of JF Real Estate to lease 1,200 s/f of office in the same building to Person to Person, a non-for-profit agency that provides services for disabled individuals.
