Sabre Real Estate arranges two leases totaling 36,029 s/f for Blink Fitness in NJ
Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged two leases on behalf of Blink Fitness totaling 36,029 s/f.
In Jersey City, Blink Fitness leased 17,771 s/f on the ground floor and second floor of 35 Journal Sq. Journal Square Properties, an affiliate of New York City-based Sackman Enterprises, owns the 12-story, landmark former Trust Building.
In Parsippany, Blink Fitness leased 18,258 s/f at the 159,000 s/f Morris Hills Shopping Center, 3035-3189 Rte. 46, at the intersection of I-80 and I-287. Brixmor owns the shopping center.
"This is a prime opportunity that meets Blink's site requirements with its close proximity to Blink's core customer and more than 9.5 million square feet of offices," said Helbling.
Blink Fitness, based in New York City, currently has one New Jersey location, in Paramus' Bergen Town Center.
