Kalmon and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of KDA, made the announcement. Fred Rufrano and James Dario Jr. of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates are the brokers handling the exclusive listing. Located in a bustling area on Kent Avenue between North 6th and 7th Streets, the buildings offer 50-feet of frontage on Kent Avenue. 125 and 127 Kent Avenue have ceiling heights of 14-1 feet', are fully sprinklered, and ideal for use by retail, medical offices or restaurants.
