Rufrano and Dario Jr. of KDA named exclusive leasing agent for 10,000 s/f commercial property

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a 10,000 s/f commercial property at 60 North 6th Street between Wythe Avenue and Kent Street in the Williamsburg section of the city. Kalmon and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, made the announcement. Fred Rufrano and James Dario Jr. of KDA are the exclusive brokers for 60 North 6th Street. The two-story building located in a high-traffic area in Williamsburg offers 50-feet of frontage on North 6th Street. Ceiling heights range from 14 to 16 feet and the property is fully sprinklered. The site is ideal for retail or office space. Other tenants in the neighborhood include Brooklyn Industries, Sea restaurant, NY Muffin and Williamsburg Dental Arts. 60 North 6th Street is located in close proximity to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and the Williamsburg Bridge. Transportation to Manhattan is available via public transit such as the L subway line and the East River Ferry.
