Rosewood Realty Group completes two sales totaling $22.675 million; Includes $9.675 million sale by Jungreis and Guttman

Rosewood Realty Group arranged the following sales totaling $22.675 million in the Washington Heights section of the borough: * The $13 million sale of 3900 Broadway. This six-story elevator building at West 163rd St. features 28 apartments and four commercial spaces. The 49,576 s/f building was built in 1925 and sold for 18 times the rent roll. Aaron Jungreis of Rosewood represented the buyer, 3900 Broadway Holding LLC and the seller, Ap-Orep 3900 Broadway L.P. * The $9.675 million sale of 2372, 2374 & 2376 Amsterdam Ave. The three contiguous buildings; two five-story mixed-use walk-ups and one six-story mixed-use walk-up building feature 58 apartments and eight retail units. The buildings are 41,353 s/f combined and were built 1906-1907. Jungreis represented the buyer, 2372-2376 Amsterdam Ave. LLC and Michael Guttman of Rosewood represented the seller, Crp Amsterdam LLC.
