Rosewood Realty Group arranges four sales totaling $24.4 million in New York City; Includes $9.6 million sale of two walk-ups by Guttman and Jungreis

The Rosewood Realty Group has completed the following four sales totaling $24.4 million: * A six-story elevator apartment building at 2901 Ave. J for $8 million. The building consists of 48 apartments including a super's apartment. Rosewood's Aaron Jungreis and Jake Blatter represented the seller, Pasem Realty LLC and Michael Guttman represented the buyer of the building, built in 1930 that sold for 13 times the rent roll. * Two contiguous four-story walk-up apartment buildings at 32-40 & 32-50 93rd St. in Jackson Heights, Queens sold for $9.6 million. Guttman represented the seller, 93rd Associates LLC and Jungreis represented the undisclosed buyer. The 53,353 s/f total property was built in 1925 and consists of 78 apartments * A five-story walk-up apartment building at 1665 Grand Concourse in the Bronx sold for $3.1 million. Devin Cohen represented the seller, Steveco Partners LLC and Jungreis represented the buyer 1665 GC LLC. The 34,386 s/f building that was built in 1920, consists of 33 apartments, two commercial units and three parking spaces. * A five-story walk-up apartment building at 1387 Grand Concourse in the Bronx sold for $3.7 million. Michael Kerwin and Jungreis represented the seller, 1387 Grand Concourse LLC and Jonathan Birnbaum represented the buyer, 1387 Realty LLC. The 33,420 s/f building that was built in 1923, consists of 40 apartments and four potential medical offices.
