Rosen joins TL Metzger as an associate broker

According to Tracy Metzger, president of TL Metzger & Associates, Elliott Rosen has joined the firm as an associate broker. He has 25 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience including the sale and leasing of multifamily properties, retail space, industrial and warehouse space and vacant land. He has built and renovated a number of office, retail and multifamily properties over the last 25 years and owns a number of investment properties primarily in the region. He has also represented a number of developers in acquiring and assembling properties for redevelopment into low or moderate income housing.
