OMNI Development renovates HVAC system at 54 State St.: A $1.3m project
OMNI Development Company, Inc. has completed the renovation of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system at 54 State St. The project cost was $1.3 million.
The renovation and upgrades were completed through the Enhanced Commercial/Industrial Performance Program administered by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).
The energy savings are projected to be between 20% to 30% and 54 State St. is expected to qualify for an Energy Smart Label.
