Rogers of JF Real Estate completes three transactions totaling 113,000 s/f
Ed Rogers, of JF Real Estate was recently involved in the following three transactions:
Rogers represented the landlord in the lease of their 20,000 s/f office/ warehouse building located at 6211 East Molloy Rd., E. Syracuse, to Trane U.S. Pyramid Brokerage represented the tenant.
Rogers also represented the owner in the sale of a 22,000 s/f office building located at 890 Seventh North St., Liverpool. FRW Properties, LLC was the buyer and was represented by Dylan Bruns, also of JF Real Estate.
Lastly, Rogers represented Sports Helmets, Inc. in their lease of 71,000 s/f of office/warehouse space at 4697 Cross Road Park Dr., Liverpool. This is an expansion and relocation of their Liverpool facility. Anderson Barney Real Estate represented the landlord.
