Mid-Manhattan Real Estate Group, LLC has signed a long-term lease for 8,000 s/f on part of the sixth floor at 800 Second Ave., according to NAI Global New York City.
The investment firm will occupy the space with executive offices and medical services. The tenant was represented by Gil Robinov, executive managing director of NAI Global's New York City office.
