Ripco Real Estate welcomes Orlofsky to Manhattan office

Manhattan, NY According to Ripco Real Estate, Aryeh Orlofsky has joined the firm’s local office where he will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Evan Schuckman and his team. 

In this role, Orlofsky will manage the flow of the team’s tenant and landlord representation and investment sales transactions, as well as communicating with current and prospective clients and the brokerage community.  

“Aryeh is a key hire for Ripco and we are thrilled to have him on board. His strong background in research and thorough knowledge of the market will allow the firm to strengthen its deal making capabilities, while continuing to provide clients with our signature level of service,” said Peter Ripka, co-founder of Ripco. “We anticipate that Aryeh will be very successful here and look forward to him working with Evan and his team to further elevate Ripco in its key markets.” 

Orlofsky, a 2016 alumnus of the Commercial Observer’s 30-Under-30 list, is an experienced real estate professional, most recently overseeing the research department of Ariel Property Advisors for seven years. Under Orlofsky’s supervision, the research department evaluated more than 6,000 properties valued at over $40 billion in gross consideration for private and institutional owners throughout the city. His division’s reports were widely recognized as the industry standard and covered by prominent real estate news outlets and local media.  

Aryeh’s experience and vast knowledge of NYC data, valuation modeling and expertise in property level marketing will further showcase Ripco as a premier retail brokerage firm in the city and the region. “This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected team at a best-in-class firm.
