Madison Estates promotes Talamo to newly created growth coordinator position

Brooklyn, NY According to Gerard Longo, principal, and Joseph Baglio, managing partner of Madison Estates, the firm has created a new position to focus on providing continuous support and attention to the individual growth of their agents and sales team. Melissa Talamo will be promoted to Madison Estates’ growth coordinator and will work directly with individual team members to enhance their personal success rates. The progressive agency is the first to create such a position within the Brooklyn real estate market.

“As the real estate industry continues to evolve, so does the use of technology, software and marketing programs. Therefore, creating a culture of success and ongoing business achievement is crucial to maintaining a career in this industry,” said Longo. “Ms. Talamo has held many positions throughout her ten-year career with Madison Estates. Throughout that time, she was on a constant quest for personal growth and as the role of growth coordinator presented itself, it was evident that Ms. Talamo was meant for the position.”

Baglio said, “As growth coordinator, Ms. Talamo will be focused on increasing market share and profitability through strategic planning, tracking progress, sales priorities, forecasting and targeting goal achievements. She will assist Madison Estates in delivering a higher quality of support to both our internal team, as well as clientele.”
