New York, NY Barry Bernstein, executive director/leasing, Resolution Real Estate Partners LLC, a member of NAI Global, has arranged three new leases, representing nearly 5,200 s/f, at 347 West 36th St. for a selection of businesses, comprising casting agency Stewart/Whitley; construction consultancy Trophy Point LLC; and national truck delivery solutions provider Hailify Inc.

“We are thrilled to see this kind of activity again in Midtown,” said Bernstein. “The building’s allure is its proximity to exceptional transportation and Hudson Yards, making it an advantageous location for a variety of businesses.”

Representing the tenant were Sam Stein and Michael Heaner of the Kaufman Organization.

Trophy Point LLC signed a four-year lease for approximately 1,325 square feet on the 11th floor. The construction consultancy works with multi-national companies and provides such services as estimating, scheduling, and owner’s representation. It will be moving from 307 West 36th Street in April 2022. The tenant was represented by Philip Katz of Katz NYC LLC.
