Cresa arranges second office expansion for Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler, P.C.

New York, NY Peter Sabesan, managing principal, and Nicholas Markel, vice president of Cresa have arranged for Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler, P.C. (“Ballon Stoll”) to nearly doubling its current office footprint at 810 Seventh Ave. In less than 16 months, the full-service law firm is adding 4,324 s/f to its original 6,000 s/f space, resulting in a newly expanded 10,324 s/f office. The lease for the original space was signed in September 2020, with the firm relocating from 729 Seventh Ave.

“Not only were we able to acquire contiguous space, the new lease is also coterminous to the original 11-year term,” said Markel. “It is an ideal solution to accommodate this prestigious law firm’s need for additional space with minimal disruption.”

Sabesan said, “Ballon Stoll moved to 810 Seventh Ave. during the height of the pandemic because the practice required additional space and we were able to acquire favorable terms. That they are again expanding in a relatively brief a period of time, not only reflects well on this particular practice, it is a testament to the city in which they are based!”

Landlord, SL Green Realty Corp. was again represented inhouse by Jeremy Bier, vice president, and Barry Zeller, executive managing director, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.
